For all the exchange students here in Mexico Ruta Maya is the most, or at least one of the most awaited moments during whole exchange. Ruta Maya is a trip, organized by Rotary to the southern and eastern parts of the country. Usually the trip takes place rather in the end of the stay here but this year we had it from 25th of November to 9th of December. The whole trip lasted 15 days and it was a really wonderful time! We started Ruta Maya in the morning on 25th od November. We went by bus to Campeche when we met our friends that live in other mexican states – Tlaxcala , Morelos, Guerrero and Veracruz. During the whole trip we visited many cities and apart we visited a lot of archeological places such as Chichen Itza, Zona Arqueologica de Tulum, Coba, Uxmal and Palenque. The Society of South Africa, country with the fastest pace of development of all the african countries is really difersified and multicultural. It is formed by many people races – the majority is black people race (about 76 % of the whole socjety). Next, owning to the number of people, there are white people with european roots with 12 % or 13 %. Then there are another important residents of South Africa – people of colour with about 9 % and people with asian roots (a little bit more than 2 % ). The positive majority of the people of colour lives in the south part of the country and people with asian roots usually live in the Kwa Zulu or Natal province. In most cases they were transported to South Africa by british people, in order to work on sugar cane plantations .
